Roller Skating

Markham Community/Leisure Centre

• Every Monday 4.15pm to 5.15pm
• £2 per session
• For children aged 7 and over
• Skates and safety pads supplied

Adult Only Skate (ages 14+)

Lewis School Pengam

• Every Thursday 6pm to 7pm
• £3 per session
• Skates and Safety Pads Supplied

Family Skate

Markham Community/Leisure Centre

• Every Friday 5pm to 6.30pm
• £2 per skater
• All children under 10 yrs of age MUST be accompanied by an adult
• All skates and safety pads previded

ZUMBA (ages 14+)

Lewis School Pengam

• Every Monday 5.30 to 6.20pm
• Followed by Hula Hooping

***Book Zumba and Hooping for only £4****

• Every Thursday 7pm to 8pm
• £3 per session

***Book skating and Zumba for £5****

 

Valleys Gymnastics Academy

• Every Thursday 7.30 – 8.30pm#
• £3 per session
• This class is a mixed hula hoop and Zumba session

• Valleys Gymnastics Academy
• Wednesday 11am to 12
• £3 per session
• not suitable for anyone with back or knee problems

Starting 12th January

• Valleys Gymnastics Academy
• Thursday 7.30 – 8.30pm
• £3 per sessin

Activities are designed to encourage families and individuals to become more active. We are fully qualified and insured to provide a variety of sports including roller skating, hip hop hula, tag rugby, dodgeball amongst many others.

We can provide one-off taster sessions or regular weekly sessions.
